DOCUMENTS
REQUIRED FOR VISA:
This is a tentative list of documents required for any
visa.
Please note in special circumstances the Consulate may
require additional documents.
Personal appearance is NOT required but if required
the consulate can summon an individual. The consulate
can refuse granting of visa without reason.
We do not guarantee a Visa but present your papers to
the consulate in the most appropriate and convincing
way.
1. Valid passport with 3 photocopies.
Validity should be for at least 6 months from tour departure
date. Also if you are a regular traveler there should
be at least six blank pages.
2. Old passport if earlier Travel history.
3. Return tickets.
4. Forex endorsement on the passport
of minimum USD 500.
5. COLOR Photographs 2 per country
50mm x 50mm white background and matt finish without
side border. The facial image must be 25 mm x 35 mm
from chin to crown. None other photographs are accepted.
Hence it is advisable to get your photographs done from
an experienced photographer.
6. Travel and Medical policy.
7. Letterhead for covering/application
letter 2 pages
8. Photocopy of pan card
9. Photocopy of IT returns Form 16
A with income tax challans attested by CA for last 3
yrs. (pls put it in a envelope and seal it)
10. Updated Bank statements of last
six months endorsed by Bank Manager. (Put it with the
IT papers)
11. Photocopy of any international
credit cards if you have it.
12. (For students) a Bonafide certificate
from school or identity card.
13. (For employees and Govt servants)
NOC or Leave sanction from employer.
14. Marriage certificate/Wedding card
if traveling on maiden name.
Items in red will be done by us.
15. If minor traveling alone OR with
any person other than parents then the consent letter
of authority from parents.
BUSINESS VISA:
1. Company deed/Partnership deed
2. Form 16
3. Invitation letter from overseas
company
4. Import Export license etc.
5. Proof of Hotel Booking.
ECNR
clearance (POE) is mandatory for some tours and charges
Rs.800 per passport or actuals if more. End……..
